Salt Lake or Tuz-Kul is located in the Issyk-Kul region, on the southern coast, framed by Terskey-Ala-Too. The lake is in a mountainous area, at an altitude of 1600 m. The salt level in the water body varies depending on the season: from 62 g / l and up to 236 g / l, which is almost equal to the Dead Sea in Israel. The length of the coastline of Tuz-Kul is 1500 m, and the depth is 11 m. In the lake it is impossible to drown due to the high density of water. Due to the large content of salts and minerals, the water in the lake is curative. Muds near the reservoir also have medicinal properties. People come here not only for rest, but also for therapeutic purposes, because a special composition of the liquid and mud rocks create real miracles. They are good at fighting diseases such as psoriasis and eczema; can restore health and beauty to the skin, and swimming in the pond is an excellent tool in combating the problems of the musculoskeletal system.
